What about my insurance company?

Although your insurance company are likely to recommend a garage or body shop, these will only be able to put their own guarantee on your car and your Warranty may not be protected. It is your right to choose a body shop to repair your vehicle. As we are manufacturer approved your Warranty will be protected and your car will always be returned to manufacturer standards.


Who are you approved by?

We are currently approved by; Honda, Renault, Dacia, Kia, Mazda, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, Alfa Romeo, Subaru, Abarth and Renault Commercial.

We are also Dealer approved for; Mercedes, Nissan and Volkswagen.

All types of repairs can be completed on cars, vans, and trucks.


Can I have a courtesy car for the duration of my repairs?

Yes. We have both manual and automatic cars and vans available in a number of sizes and we are fully insured for your use of the vehicle.


Do I need to book in for an estimate?

We always recommend that you phone the body shop to check availability. Walk-in estimates are available while you wait but there may be a waiting time or no slots available.

Alternatively, we can come to you on an agreed date and time.


Do you charge for estimates?



Can you give me an estimate over the phone?

No. We need to see your vehicle in order to fully assess the job and provide you with an accurate price. However, it may be possible to give a guide price over the phone.


Do I need to bring anything with me?

We recommend that you bring your vehicle insurance documents with you, or have them ready for a member of the team when they come to collect your vehicle. Please also bring your driving license should we need to take your vehicle off the road if we deem it not roadworthy.


How and when do I pay?

Payment will be taken once the repairs are completed and prior to collection of your vehicle. Your excess is paid to us as the repairer.

We accept:

  • All debit and credit cards (except American express)
  • Cash
  • Electronic Bank Transfer (e.g. BACS)
  • Cheques

Please note, if you are a VAT registered Company you will be required to pay the VAT element of the total repair bill.
